£99 for the first 90-minute consultation
First Consultation (approx. 90 minutes) : £99
Follow-up Sessions (approx. 60 minutes) : £65

Where are appointments held?
For in-person appointments, my clinic is located in Grimston, Norfolk, PE32 1DJ. Parking is available at the front. Both in-person and remote appointments (on Zoom) are available.
What information is required prior to my appointment?
Your contact details (name, address, email, and phone number) are essential, and information about your current health, lifestyle, and diet are vital for me to carry out a personalised programme. Necessary documentation will be emailed to you prior to the initial consultation for you to sign, fill in and return to me.
What is my initial consultation like and how much does it cost ?
This lasts for approximately 90 minutes and is £99. It includes a detailed holistic case taking covering two generations and full case interpretation. We will go through your health questionnaire alongside your diet diary that you have filled in prior to the appointment. We then look into your current symptoms, your health history and identify any nutrient deficiencies or imbalances that are contributing to your current state of health and unravel the root cause of your health issues. After the consultation, your personalised programme with diet plan, lifestyle modifications and supplement suggestions will be prepared, together with some reading materials and articles you may find helpful. Some laboratory testing may be suggested to help refine your programme (if this is the case, I will make recommendations as to which tests will benefit you). Your tailor-made programme will be emailed to you in the following few days.
What about my subsequent consultations?
These last for approximately 60 minutes and is £65. They include a discussion about the progress you have made with your health issues, your diet and lifestyle changes and what dietary and supplementary alterations, if any, are needed to suit your current situation.
How many consultations should I have?
It totally depends on how much is going on with you. Some health issues are deep-rooted and require a few subsequent consultations, whereas in other cases you may only need one consultation to help you move forward. You are free to choose whether you would like any follow up appointments. If you feel dedicated to improving your wellbeing, or if you have a complex, chronic or long-term health issues, you may prefer to book longer-term consultations as the progress may be very subtle and gradual.
Do you only do in-person consultations ?
I do both in-person and online (Zoom) consultations. Same fees apply (£99 for the initial consultation of approximately 90 minutes, and follow-ups of approximately 60 minutes for £65).
Will you suggest supplements?
My nutritional programmes may include recommended supplements, because they can promote faster improvement. However, they do not heal, and it is up to your body to do the job. At times, supplements can cause more harm than good if your body is not ready. Healing only happens when your body has removed toxic accumulations and regained good balance and innate ability to recover. Therefore, you may prefer not to take any supplements, or I may only suggest dietary strategies and lifestyle alterations to achieve a positive result, especially at the start.
How long will my data be retained by NaturoBalance Nutrition?
Your information will be retained for a period of eight years from the date of your last service. In a minors’ case, this would be eight years after their 18th birthday. I will not share your information with any third parties unless specific permission has been given.
If you would like a chat before booking an appointment, why not book a 15 minute call ? Please note that I will be unable to give specific advice during these brief calls. However, it will help you to see if this is the right approach for you.
